By using our website and booking services from VIMA Commercial Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional commercial cleaning services according to the agreed scope of work, schedule, and service plan customized for each client.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on:

• Size of the facility

• Cleaning frequency

• Scope of work

• Condition of the premises

Prices may be adjusted if the scope of services changes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in late fees or suspension of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with 24–48 hours advance notice. Cancellations without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Access & Site Conditions

Clients must provide safe access to the premises and ensure reasonable working conditions for our staff. Hazardous environments must be disclosed in advance.

6. Damages & Liability

While we take great care, accidental damage may occur. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

7. Health & Safety

Clients agree to inform us of any hazardous materials, biohazards, or restricted areas requiring special handling.

8. Service Refusal & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or abusive conduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
